2022 All-State Checklist:
1. Complete the online registration form for each student. (Be ready to input the student T-shirt sizes with this registration this year)
2. Mail the completed payment PDF form and your SCHOOL check (payable to LA ACDA) to Natalie True.
3. Mail the STUDENT MEDICAL RELEASE & PERMISSION FORM
to the various honor choir coordinators. (Mailing Addresses)
